I would stay until the end of this year so you can get the bonus paid in January. If we have know news here by the end of December, they have waited too long. The attrition doors swing WIDE open in January and I think this place really circles the bowl fast at that point. Most FOs I talk to have classes setup and are just staying till the end of the year to get that January bonus check.

Don't forget, there will be another displacement bid in January or February that will inflict even more pain on those just barely hanging on to a line or a hybrid line or LCR or the CRJ or a CA seat or even a base. That next bid will force mass commuters and probably accelerate the attrition even further.

So no news by the end of the month, then I think it's too late. $10,000 to stay another year is WAY TOO LITTLE, WAY TOO LATE.
