Gulf Coast Training Solutions in Naples, FL used to be a place many people went, but apparently they have gone out of business within the past few weeks.
I do believe that Naples Air Center, also in Naples, FL, does the EASA training.
Also check with Bristol Ground School (
http://www.bristol.gs) as I believe you can do an independent distance learning course through them. They also have affiliates located around the world and may be able to put you in contact with schools in the States.
Also check with Oxford Aviation Academy/CAE as I think they still run a school in Arizona.
