I am not talking qualifications I am talking inputs to the Hoffs super computer Pilot credentials site , the one that ranks you via points for your experience, work and education history. The real problem is the legal department has for all practicable purposes taken over the pilot hiring process. But hey tell your friends to do what they want it does not matter to me.
