I'll agree with that. I have been at ASA for almost 1 year. A new F/O friend is spending his 2nd full month on reserve, only because she didn't fully understand how to bid, otherwise, she could have held a relief line.

With the new TA, and hopefully a contract, attrition should slow some, and reserve time will begin to grow longer as new F/Os are hired and trained.
