That's awesome. I see the "contract" word get thrown around quite a bit too. If Skywest decides to violate the so called 'handbook' there isn't anything the pilots can do. When push comes to shove that's when things will get interesting.
Or your union shop just has you gripe it and fly it. Or your union shop just declares bankruptcy and erases your "Contract." In the end we all get screwed. Merry Christmas!
