And this is exactly why you need a union, whether Alpa, Teamsters, your own, etc. When a big multi-million dollar company goes up against the average regional Joe pilot in court... Joe pilot is going to lose. They will drown you in legal debt. Throw in some high priced attorneys paid by a union's deep pockets and maybe you have a chance. We had a guy at XJT who was terminated 3 times. Union got his job back twice and the third time was the charm.
