I was not a huge screwup, nor a koolaid drinker or cheerleader. Had some frank discussions with leadership at times. But I was responsible, and proactively addressed a couple of big problems in my time. In other words a good employee (not to be confused with a push-over or yes voter).

Everyone I know of who got fired had it coming (except DD, which got fixed and the company apparently learned their lesson). Do your checklists, fly the plane, don't lie and you'll be fine.
