You have an obligation to fly if the safety, 117, and legality pillars are met. If there's any confusion, you also have an obligation to call. Get the Chiefs on the phone and see if the story changes. Sometimes it's ignorance and that's where the guys that have been there a while need to point stuff out.

Section 25.AA is a common one , suggest you take a look as that one has been violated a lot .
