This is the first sign of weekness that management has shown, they are aknowledging that they can't fill classes. Yes it would be a "Band-Aid" but the overall affect is a good beginning. We need to raise the bar and this is a sign that carriers are finally starting to feel the pressure which will allow us to gain/regain what we/others have lost.
This is exactly the same ploy that ASA Mgmnt tried before agreeing to their new contract (still has yet to pass the pilot group
