PSA Flow Increasing
Official announcement says that the flow is increasing to 10 over the next couple months (6 in January, 8 in February, 10 in March) and will remain until the final flow negotiations for increased flow are negotiated.
Also, significant reserve rule improvements! This is much needed.
No junior manning upgrades! Unlike what other airlines are doing, we will not be junior manning the guy that just hit eligibility to upgrade and isn't ready, but will "senior man" upgrades. Those senior guys that have been here 3-5 years and are refusing to upgrade will be put into class instead (with some exceptions).
