A large amount of pilots have failures in their past. No one likes it, but it happens. Own them, explain how they have made you a better person, and don’t let the fear of them hold you back, ever. The person you have become is more important to most airline companies than your number of hours or past failures.

Thanks everyone! I unfortunately have 3. 2004, 2005, and 2009. Been almost 10 years but I'm guessing my chances at hearing anything from anyone are quite low. Hate that what I did when I was still a kid in college are affecting me so much a decade later. I was a very different person and pilot back then.
