I was surprised to get a call a few weeks later from them asking if the new wheels solved my problem. Great customer service. Also, take a look at the eBags TLS 22 expandable. I'm seeing more and more of those in the AOC. I almost purchased one, but went with the Eagle Creek instead and have zero complaints and it's holding up really well.
I know you already made your choice, but I have to second the Eagle Creek. It is a flexible bag and I like that it is soft, very light, and flexible.
I've had two Luggage Works bags. And although they are made to be tough, both Delta and American airlines found a way to collapse the bag(s) snapping the metal spine in half (not a joke). I also don't like that the bags scream "airline crew" to everyone in the terminal. Another bad thing about LW bags are that they're very heavy. I've hurt my shoulder lifting my bag when it was packed for a 12 day trip. And if you've ever had a finger in the way when the tote bar came falling down, you'll know how painful that can be.
My two cents.
