As someone who just interviewed with Envoy just do as Jersdawg said. The NOS airport diagram and the DP's especially the Nelyn is enough to at least get you familiar.
If you know Jepps (App plates, Enroute, symbology etc..) you are gold.
Study from the link they sent you and the gouge. Especially the tech questions. It's all there.
