Know why you want to work at SWA. Not just the boiler plate answers, but what is it about SWA that makes you want to be there over all the other options.
If you're still giving canned answers after going through a prep service, you should ask for your money back.

Over the course of several years while waiting for the interview invite, I used 3 different services. I was honest about that when they asked, and I still got the job. It's a million dollar career you're interviewing for, spend a few hundred bucks to make sure you are putting your best foot forward.

I also recommend Rebekah Krone and her team.
