Been saying for a while our house is not in order and mgmt is pointing at everyone else. Can’t cut MX meet and greets, turn times, and staffing and expect to be more on time by boarding 5 minutes early. That initiative does nothing for a delayed plane and only makes an already ontime flight even earlier.
Yup. Heck, when I do arrive early, most of the time we just sit and wait for a gate anyhow-not enough staff to run all the gates. But we saved some $ on minimum wage GO and rampers so it’s all good?!!
