Been saying for a while our house is not in order and mgmt is pointing at everyone else. Can’t cut MX meet and greets, turn times, and staffing and expect to be more on time by boarding 5 minutes early. That initiative does nothing for a delayed plane and only makes an already ontime flight even earlier.
I have to think they don’t actually care about on time performance. I think they want the public to think so and that all these emails and SOP changes are just a charade. Everyone knows the issue. Can you say parking brake??? The dance we do prior to dropping that thing is almost comical.
