Some guys swear by it. Ymmv. But JetBlue doesn’t expect you to do interview prep. They want to get to know you and make sure you did homework on the company and at least prepped yourself, though. Plenty of free gouge out there on the internet.
To each his own... I also used Emerald Coast and was glad I did. Was worth the $ just just to be more prepared and relaxed. You can do prep and not be a robot so they still get to know your personality. I recommend guys pay for the knowledge and experience. It’s so hard to get an interview at a decent airline, why risk it over $400 or whatever it is now...
