As for PBS, yes you are incorrect about unstacking. Again. The PBS honors the companies preferences first so if they are short staffed it will cover all the days it needs to satisfy the company. Then and only then will it even look at what you put in your bid preferences. Does not matter if you have AWARDS or avoids. It will then try but it is already to late.
