Previously poster is utterly clueless about mil. Reading between the lines you're likely an O6. You don't need a WO, nor do you have time to wait for flow. Go to the most convenient regional for personal circumstances which will actually have you fly.
Once you get some recency, the big four will call. If you didn't pick up any FW time in the nav, you'll probably need 2000 hours, maybe less. If you're waiting for AS, getting a call from them is a real crap-shoot, nobody has really figured the formula for that particular secret sauce yet.
