Actually Maxjet has a valid point regarding the make up of the E-Board. Its my understanding talking to some of the guys on the K4 negotiating team that a few of the Atlas E-Board guys tried to hold the K4 contract up. When Atlas Controls 4 votes (President, ExCo Chair, and 2 trustee's) and Southern controls 2. (And you know the Southern guys are going to do as they are told) thats a total of 6 votes on the E-Board. Atlas should not have that much say in regard to ratifying ANYONES contract. The contract ratification should be between the local, Teamsters National, and the individual.
