Right now, for the pilots sake, it would be optimum to go to vote. By RLA laws the present policy manual would be frozen (although you could drive a Mac truck through the wording) and I think the company would be very eager to get a contract through.
Either way, the timing is great for the pilots, the momentum is on our side for once!
