In Summary:

2017 was a decent year. Too many OJI s related to turbulence.

If you were interviewed between September of 2010 to July of 2015, you are promised a Delta Guaranteed Interview. Anyone past that, you are not illegible for it.

As far as IOCC issues go, there is a delay between issues get reported to Ze Germans at Lufthansa. LH Systems takes it, works the fix, and sends them back to the working groups. Constant back and forth process for them to get things fixed, and apparently that is to avoid the entire system from going more off course than it currently is.

NO American benefits outside of LAX or HQ. Directly supports, even if you are on reserve, unless you are an LAX based pilot or serve some function at HQ, you are not going to get American benefits. Apparently they've already ran up the food chain with that one, and according to Bob, It's Not Happening.

No new flying, floors will be kept at 85 hours for the remainder of the 1st quarter. Upgrades are going to be bottlenecked as we are now short on FOs, and they want to keep that upstream to a minimum to ensure a balance. On the recruiting front, no one wanted to start class prior to the holidays. Apparently, they are getting on average 25 new applications a week, unsure of that number was difficult to hear Paul when he mentioned that.

FA s are apparently getting shanked on their retirement benefits, so they are wanting proof or getting that in writing, so they can use their retiree travel benefits. Also, some worry that with the shuttle service going away, that OO is getting more of our flying. Bob did stress that this means no one is taking our flying, and LAX would see a very minimal decrease in flying, but that was it.

Did I miss anything?
