I haven’t had to use either. Came close for one of both but was actually able to work with CS and avoid both. Maybe I was lucky.

Just like every thing, timing and luck come into play. Who you have to deal with may be the difference depending on where you are based. Sounds like LGA is worse than other places, but I haven’t had to deal with that location... yet.
