Stop just thinking about yourself and look at the whole picture. that would be great for you, but trading pay and work rules for a seniority number is not good for the industry.
You have to think about why comair would like to do this? What is comair getting or not having to give up so they can dangle a seniority carrot in front of you. Think about that then get back to me. Hint, refer to above paragraph.
