Are you saying that if you hear a VERY loud squealing(SP?) sound that you are going to discontinue the flight????? There are several aircraft designs that have this tendency and even once you are at altitude (FL450) you can hear air barrelling out the seals. If I see a light on in the LJ.... well, the door is either not going to open or already has opened. Meaning that the hooks that pull the door closed somehow got bumped by a medic's foot and latched onto the door again (not good if you have a dc failure), or the door is already open. If one pin is not locked, none will be locked. If this is the case, you can pretty much plan on playing SuperMan for as long as you can stay awake!
