Yes. I heard Omni was or is being sold to some murky private equity fund.

I also heard Omni is buying Atlas; or wait, no, Atlas buying Omni; no Omni picking up some weird Atlas contract to Africa or somewhere.

Omni is also in talks to buy Miami Air to diversify into the shorter range/narrow body market...maybe it was Sun Country; wait, no, I have heard both names so don't know which one is buying Omni.
