All very good points, and I am knowingly guilty of none. But to clarify my position; if the company is using something to track my position that is (questionably) violating my privacy I would hope my union would tell me. As an example, if the cops in some yankee state wanted to do it would they need a warant? Are they doing things less obvious and more devious than caller ID?
Are only the cool guys given a craniums up?
