I am prior 121 (XJT) and have an interview next week with Envoy. Got the interview through the abbreviated application process. From talking with recruiter, it sounds as if the interview process is mostly a "HR/does this person fit" evaluation. I am told there is no sim. I can't imagine it's that easy. Any experience / advice or where to find gouge for the interview?

Even before the interview was pretty easy. HR standard stuff, a technical interview that covered mostly approach charts. Envoy is big on attitude and personality so if you are a decent hardworking individual you should be fine.
Also, go fly for Endeavor, you will make way more and won’t have your seniority pushed down in the next 6-9 months from all the people hired prior to you that don’t have the 121 time yet.
