As long as you aren’t a moron, can brief a Jepps plate, and are a personable sort (someone who you would want to be in a cockpit with for 3-5 days), and don’t come across with the attitude that you are owed the job (several from other 121 companies have been passed over for this reason alone), you will do fine. Totally low-key interview.
This. Know a few basic rules, how to read a METAR, how to brief an approach, some very basic aerodynamics, and you'll do fine on the tech.
The HR portion is a bit tougher, but they're just looking for honest answers.
Why EDV? TMAAT you had a conflict with a coworker. TMAAT you lead an initiative at your job and what were the results.
