I guess along the same lines, how's the dental? Even at my IT job, I hit my 2,000 yearly limit fairly quickly.

As a comparison for medical, my current IT job uses BCBS HMO. $3600 deductible for a family. With my 2nd kid, the PPO version cost us about $1100, with the 3rd, on the HMO, it cost me a grand total of $200 at the same hospital and same midwife group. ER is $150, $25 if admitted. It does sound like ZW's medical benefits are amazing. I'm leaning toward Air Whisky vs. Envoy. Need to finish my 4 year degree to get the United CPP to work for me as well.
