Quit offering new hires a, “cut” of the bonus YOU get. New hires already make a ton of money (almost as much as a year 3 reserve CA and arguably more than a CA on year 1 reserve pay). They are getting tens of thousands in bonuses already. I made about $22,000 my first year as a regional FO. Now FOs are making closer to $65,000 first year. Keep the bonus. It’s yours.
