I agree 1000%. However, we had some major deficiencies in Scope, LTD, retirement, pay, rigs. All those can be guaranteed in a contract but even if you have profit sharing you may still not get it. Again I completely agree with you but do you throw away a munch of sure things that you had to have to hopefully get profit sharing.
Honestly profit sharing shouldn’t even need to be negotiated. It gives employees a sense of ownership and they tend to go the extra mile for you. I makes more than perfect sense to give it as a manager. Our management is more of the senseless type thus far. Maybe they have come to their senses
