Which brings me back to the fact that some regionals offer better first year compensation and similar second year if you consider the short upgrade at regionals. So for someone that may just stick around for two years may still consider a regional. Now if you got stuck somewhere for much longer then 2 years obviously spirit is the place to be over a regional.
