Damn right. The only problem is say we do vote no as we probably should. We won't see another TA for a least a year with no guarantee of how much higher we can get the pay rates and without any retro. Also as the moderator told us this is the biggest "raise" in the history of the RLA or something to that extent I can't remember so she seems to be pretty satisfied with the compensation part of the agreement. Another year of negotiations could yield almost no gains for us on top of lost wages and security this TA provides. So it's a risk vs reward game for sure since the moderator is definitely corporate friendly vs union friendly.
You will get a raise. Then the company will be able to staff, *poof* there goes your leverage.
They can't outsource your flying. You are already among the lowest paid 320 pilots in the industry, who could they hire to undercut you in this environment?
