Do you currently have a defined contribution or is it a 401K match? From what was posted, 13% DC at DOS is pretty huge if you just have a match now. The rates aren’t bad either. Good luck with your decisions, guys and girls. At first glance it looks pretty solid, though.

Just make sure you guys don’t start fighting amongst yourselves (yes vs no voters) from now until the vote though. It happens, but everyone gets one vote for a reason.
