I would vote no if this were presented to me. I would strike, (and will probably have to) especially in this environment. If you want to take substandard pay, while your company is raking in profits and having staffing issues that is up to you. Just realize that you effect the entire industry by accepting it.
So tell me...how does one go on “strike” when you can’t get released by a mediator who thought the previous proposal was enough?
