The way this went down I wouldn't doubt there was a lot of pressure to throw this to the pilots for a vote. An AIP and a vote is better than stagnation. But until this is voted in by the pilot group you're still negotiating. Sometimes a NO vote brings swift counter offers, the talent pool is drying quickly and you guys know this. I wonder how big the management bonuses will be if this passes first time out. My guess is they will exceed 75 mil. This is going to certainly be interesting to watch unfold.
