I noticed a few errors on the app like mis spelled words, same exact question twice in a row etc. Then the link to the assessment that they kept sending me went to no where. Yeah man it might be a mistake or you could be too qualified currently. I know we still hire many RJ captains but we also hire a lot of 2.5k FO's and some people who are qualified with good LOR's get the TBNT. There seems to be no rational reason why anyone gets picked these days. Either way you should follow up if you feel it might be in your best interest.
