Thanks Boiler. I clicked the link and re-applied. About 75% of the data was there from previous app. Still no green "completed" checkmark after submitting.. So now I have two apps listed as "active" but neither listed as "complete"..
My application was showing active while it was not yet completed. Once I finished it and submitted they now both say “on file” I wonder if your will show “active” or “on file”
