There is no training contract (or other type of employment contract) of any kind, correct? Meaning a new hire is not expected to pay back expenses of any kind (training, travel, etc.) if they quit during or immediately after training (even before or during OE), correct?
Also... How does pay work during training? Bi-weekly? How soon does the first check come during training? Also, is per diem issued in a separate check/payment?
Do bonuses have to be paid back if a new hire quits before completion of OE?

Sounds like you should stay driving that King Air. No one with any integrity or self respect thinks of those questions. I mean seriously. Kinda like going to the police station and saying, Hmm.....
