So what does the union leadership need to do in your opinion to get the company to act? I'm not defending them nor putting them down, just curious as to what you'd do different to make something happen. As the other guy said, it's hard to negotiate with someone that isn't willing to negotiate.
While I think at times the union is too willing to play ball, in the end the laws are written in management's favor. Labor doesn't stand much of a chance nowadays.
