Don't over think it. All they are looking for is that initial impression. They know all about you from your resume.

Having been on the employer side of a meet and greet in the past, it actually is enormously beneficial to get that initial impression. You can usually tell within 30 seconds if someone is a going to be difficult or not.

Relax, be yourself - thats who they are looking for.
