Depends. The job I left NJA for I only had 10 hard days off a month. 7/7 sounds better than that right? Not so fast! Expect to fly 4 legs a day, at least a 12 hour duty day with 11 hours off (that is how the computer schedules crews by default) and expect your clock to get flipped and/or rolled back. My precious charter company I would fly to Cabo, sit 4 days at an all inclusive, then fly back. You will NEVER EVER see that at NJA unless you are literally caught in a hurricane.
You will get more legal off time at home but you will be destroyed on the road.
