NOT at UPS!!!!!!!
The lead councel of the FAA has told us the Captain must take UPS pilots regardless. If you don't, you will be doing a carpet dance.
At UPS the company owns the Jumpseat, not the Captain. And the FAA has supported UPS on this!!!!!!!!!!!
So much for Captains Authority. The FAA supports the Airlines, not the Regulations.
