I'm not sure if I should stay at my regional, upgrade and get TPIC or go somewhere like spirit or frontier and get an airbus type and experience. Which would would look better on the resume?

Any input would be appreciated.
Go for the PIC at your regional as it’ll look a lot better than the AirBus type. Once you get some more 121 and some hours PIC then You’ll be more competitive. Also I know this sounds basic but once you get to the video interview please do your homework. If you’re calling this place Allegiant Airlines you’re already putting yourself in a difficult position.
