Not sure what a Deltoid is but I can tell you this. The corporate culture is slowly changing at most Airlines. Deltoid today might not be a Deltoid over the next few years. Legacy carries have A LOT of movement and with that movement we are seeing a lot of changes. Don’t rule out Delta just because of some reputation rumor you heard. I’m yet to meet an unhappy Delta pilot (recently hired one ).
