It’s been said time and time again that regionals were meant for time building. Then you’re supposed to move on. So because people are supposed to move out we continue to make excuses for the company’s behavior? Just more apathy. This also continues to erode the nice place SkyWest used to be. I get it’s “just a regional” but it used to be a nice one. There isn’t anything that makes us unique anymore. Hence my firm statement, if you’re a new hire, go somewhere else and at least get paid! You’re gunna be treated like a piece of meat no matter where you go.
