Has your airline ever gotten a raise on DOS of 43% and 50%+ over the life of the contract, plus a DC of 11%-15%. We strengthen our scope, LTD, retirement, pay, rigs, add long call reserve, and keep red/green, four days off between trips, vacation, and industry leading healthcare. With they way mediation went, my guess is it would be another 2 years at poverty wages for a measly $10 more.
I agree. This deal seems like a huge improvement with very little concession. The scope and LTD coupled with a good DC retirement fund makes this a career contract. Lots of security built in. A lot to feel good about.
