PBS will use 117.23 to figure out min and max block/credit for the month. It will also know your exact flight time to personally limit your ability to bid, pick up, and swap trips. Ex: If you’re reaching 1,000 hrs/365 limit it will simply not let you bid high time lines and keep you legal.
You can base your pay on around 80-85 hour month.
