PBS will use 117.23 to figure out min and max block/credit for the month. It will also know your exact flight time to personally limit your ability to bid, pick up, and swap trips. If you’re reaching 1,000 hrs/365 limit it will simply not let you bid high time lines and keep you legal.
You can base your pay on around 80-85 hour month.
We haven’t seen the pbs language.
117 has nothing to do with credit.
How many people are getting stuff dropped for 117 block limits in a month or a year now? I’d bet it’s a single digit percentage.
